شرکت چینی هوآوی در سال 2020 با پیشی گرفتن از شرکت‌های آمریکایی، رتبه اول جهان را از لحاظ ثبت اختراع در صنعت ارتباطات بی‌سیم به دست آورد.

هوآوی در 10 ماه نخست سال 2020 بالغ بر 8607 اختراع در صنعت ارتباطات بی‌سیم ثبت کرده است.

در رتبه‌بندی کشورها هم چین و ایالات متحده هر یک 32 درصد حق ثبت اختراع کل جهان را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند و رتبه سوم در اختیار ژاپن قرار گرفته است.

موفقیت هوآوی در کسب رتبه اول جهان در زمینه ثبت اختراع در صنعت ارتباطات بی‌سیم در حالی رقم خورده که این شرکت در یک سال اخیر تحت تحریم‌ها و فشارهای شدید آمریکا قرار داشت.

بر اساس گزارشی که توسط موسسه مطالعاتی incoPat منتشر شده 100 شرکت برتر جهان از لحاظ پیشرفت در صنعت ارتباطات بی‌سیم رتبه‌بندی شده‌اند.

بر اساس این رتبه‌بندی، هوآوی 8607 اختراع ثبت‌شده بی‌سیم را در دوره ژانویه تا اکتبر 2020 ثبت کرد و رتبه اول را به دست آورد.

رتبه دوم در اختیار شرکت آمریکایی کوالکام با 5807 حق ثبت اختراع و رتبه سوم در اختیار شرکت چینی Oppo  با 5353 حق ثبت اختراع قرار گرفته است.

بر اساس رتبه‌بندی کشورها، چین و ایالات متحده هر یک 32 درصد اختراع ثبت‌شده را دارند و پس از آن ژاپن با 15 درصد و کره جنوبی با 7 درصد ثبت اختراع در رتبه‌های بعد قرار گرفته‌اند.

این فهرست بر اساس داده‌های عمومی مربوط به حق ثبت اختراع در زمینه شبکه‌های ارتباطی بی‌سیم، از جمله نسل بعدی فناوری شبکه تلفن همراه 5G تهیه شده است.

حق ثبت اختراع به‌ویژه در فناوری‌های نوظهور مانند نسل پنجم اینترنت یا هوش مصنوعی در تعیین اینکه کدام شرکت‌ها و کشورها در اقتصاد فردا برتری دارند، نقش مهمی دارد.
