به گزارش ساوت چاینا مورنینگ پست، در بیانیه علیبابا آمده است که طبق یادداشت تفاهم امضا شده، استاندارد چارترد از محصولات و خدمات علیبابا کلود (بازوی خدمات هوش مصنوعی و رایانش ابری این شرکت مستقر در هانگژو) برای افزایش بهرهوری عملیاتی و بهبود تجربه مشتری استفاده خواهد نمود.
مدیر عامل اجرایی علیبابا میگوید ما با این مشارکت راهبردی، تخصص فنی خودمان را با دانش عمیق استاندارد چارترد در صنعت بانکداری ترکیب میکنیم تا به قابلیتها و فرصتهای جدیدی دست یابیم.
همکاری این دو شرکت شامل ایجاد ابزارهای مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی برای تعامل با مشتریان، اتوماسیون مدیریت ریسک و انطباق با قوانین و مقررات، و ارتقای توانمندیهای نیروی انسانی استاندارد چارترد از طریق کارگاههای هوش مصنوعی و صدور گواهینامه برای کارمندان خواهد بود.
این مورد، جدیدترین پروژه مهم علیبابا کلود در بخش بانکی است و پیشتر نیز قراردادهایی برای همکاری در زمینه هوش مصنوعی با بانک سازندگی چین و بانک صنعتی و بازرگانی چین (ICBC) منعقد کرده بود.
بانک صنعتی و بازرگانی چین که بزرگترین بانک این کشور از نظر کل داراییها به شمار میرود، اوایل ماه ژوئیه از «دستیار بررسی هوشمند» مبتنی بر مدل چندوجهی کوئن ویال مکس (Qwen-VL-Max) علیبابا کلود برای کمک به بررسی اسناد ارائه شده توسط بازرگانان رونمایی کرد.
چند ماه پیش مدیر عامل استاندارد چارترد از طرحی برای سرمایهگذاری ۱٫۵ میلیارد دلاری در کسب و کار مدیریت ثروت این بانک طی پنج سال آینده خبر داده و گفته بود که مبلغ مذکور برای ایجاد ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی و سایر فناوریها و استخدام بانکداران باتجربهتر در زمینه مدیریت ثروت، به منظور خدمترسانی به مشتریان متمول در هنگ کنگ، سنگاپور و کشورهای دیگر صرف خواهد شد.
به گفته وی، انتظار میرود که این طرح به استاندارد چارترد کمک کند تا به هدف خود مبنی بر جذب ۲۰۰ میلیارد دلار خالص وجوه جدید از مشتریان ثروتمند در پنج سال آینده دست یابد.
علیبابا هم امیدوار است که همکاری با این بانک، گامی بزرگ در توسعه راهبردیاش در سطح جهانی باشد.
استاندارد چارترد با خدمات بانکی ویژه و اختصاصی (پشتیبانی مالی، تامین مالی زنجیره تامین و مدیریت سرمایه فرامرزی) به توسعه علیبابا در سطح بینالمللی کمک خواهد کرد.
در بیانیه علیبابا به نقل از مدیر عامل استاندارد چارترد آمده است که ما مشغول سرمایهگذاریهای سنگینی در فناوریهای پیشرفته مانند هوش مصنوعی هستیم که مدل کسب و کارمان را متحول کرده و مسیر آینده امور مالی را شکل خواهند داد.
